Undervoltage in mains
Indramat · IndraDrive MPx02
Hva betyr E2814 ?
The IndraDrive MPx02 has detected that the incoming mains (AC line) voltage is below the minimum permissible operating threshold. This can lead to insufficient power delivery to the drive and potentially to the DC bus, impacting performance and potentially causing a shutdown to prevent damage.
Vanlige årsaker
- Actual mains supply voltage sag or drop below the specified nominal range.
- Incorrect nominal mains voltage parameter (P-0-0120) configured in the drive, causing incorrect threshold detection.
- Loose or high-resistance connections in the mains supply circuit, leading to voltage drop under load.
- Issues with the mains transformer or upstream power distribution.
- Overloaded mains supply circuit causing consistent voltage dips.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Measure the incoming AC mains voltage at the input terminals of the IndraDrive MPx02 (L1, L2, L3) and compare it to the drive's specified operating range and the nominal value in P-0-0120 (Mains voltage nominal).
- 2
Verify the integrity of all mains power wiring, including circuit breakers, contactors, and terminal connections, ensuring they are secure and free from corrosion.
- 3
Check for other electrical loads on the same circuit that might be causing significant voltage sags during operation.
- 4
If the measured mains voltage is consistently low, investigate the upstream power supply, transformer, or utility connection.
- 5
Ensure that the parameter P-0-0120 is correctly set to the actual nominal mains voltage of the installation.
