This error occurs in Automatic Mode for Axis 1 if the commanded position is greater than the value configured in Parameter 12 (Maximum Travel Limit A1). The system detects an attempt to move Axis 1 beyond its defined maximum operational boundary.

• The programmed command attempts to move Axis 1 above its Maximum Travel Limit set in Parameter 12.
• Parameter 12 (Maximum Travel Limit A1) is set incorrectly or too low for the actual mechanical limits of Axis 1.
• Overshoot of Axis 1 during acceleration or homing, causing it to briefly exceed the maximum limit.
• If a Minimum Stroke is programmed, it may be exceeding the Maximum Travel limit.
• Incorrect position gain (Parameter 05) or tuning, leading to poor positioning accuracy.

   Verify that Parameter 12 (Maximum Travel Limit A1) is correctly set to reflect the actual maximum mechanical travel limit for Axis 1.

   If a Minimum Stroke is programmed in the CLM01.3-M, verify that it does not exceed the Maximum Travel limit.

   Adjust the user program to ensure that commanded positions for Axis 1 do not exceed the value specified in Parameter 12.

   Optimize the position gain (Parameter 05) for Axis 1 to improve acceleration and stopping accuracy if overshoot is observed.
