This error occurs in Automatic mode if the maximum stroke value defined in Parameter 15 (Immediate Stop) is exceeded. This typically happens when Axis 1 travels beyond its allowed stroke limit, often during an Immediate Stop sequence, indicating an overtravel condition.

• Axis 1 traveling beyond the configured maximum stroke limit set in Parameter 15 (Immediate Stop).
• Parameter 15 is incorrectly set, allowing a stroke length greater than the physical limit or misinterpreting the required stroke.
• Axis 1 failing to synchronize correctly with the material speed, leading to unexpected travel distances.
• Inaccurate position feedback from the encoder for Axis 1, causing the CLM01.3-M to miscalculate the stroke.
