Alarm Space 3 Violation
Kuka · KK53Y Servo Motor
Hva betyr MR3 ?
The MR3 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 3. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 3 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 3 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR3 will be in the '0' state.
Vanlige årsaker
- Alarm condition triggered in Space 3 of the monitoring system.
- Parameter P3 has exceeded its defined alarm threshold.
- Sensor associated with Space 3 reporting an out-of-bounds value.
- Configuration error in Space 3 alarm limits.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 3 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).
- 2
Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 3.
- 3
If monitoring space 3 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR3 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
