The controller has experienced an overload condition during acceleration, possibly due to an acceleration time (C0012) that is too short, an improperly dimensioned drive, or issues with the motor/cabling like a defective motor cable or interturn fault. Persistent overloading can lead to drive component degradation and premature failure.

• Acceleration time (Parameter C0012) is set too short for the load's inertia, requiring excessive current.
• Drive is undersized for the peak current demand during acceleration.
• Excessive mechanical load or sudden load increase during acceleration.
• Motor parameter (e.g., P0-01, P0-02) mismatch leading to inefficient motor control.
• Motor current limits (e.g., P1-54, P1-55) configured incorrectly or set too high relative to drive capacity.
