The remote controller screen will provide specific details including the error unit (e.g., IU 1 Unit#1), refrigerant address, the unit's model and manufacturing numbers, and the precise date and time of the error's occurrence. This fault points to a system anomaly that necessitates further investigation.

   Document all visible error details from the 'Error information' screen, including the error code 'P2', the 'Error unit' (e.g., IU 1 Unit#1), refrigerant address, unit model, manufacturing numbers, and the 'Time Occurred'.

   Stop the operation of the air conditioning unit by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote controller.

   Navigate to the 'Error information' screen (page 75) and attempt to reset the error by pressing the F4 button or the ON/OFF button (page 76).
