• Open circuit or high resistance in the current sensor signal wiring to the controller's analog input (e.g., loose terminal block connection).
• Contaminants or corrosion on current sensor terminals causing intermittent or no signal output.
• Faulty analog input channel on the main control board failing to correctly interpret the sensor signal (e.g., AIN1).
