The inverter output is shut off if one of the three phases (U, V, W) on the output side (motor/load side) is lost. This typically indicates a broken wire, loose connection, or open circuit in the motor wiring, leading to unbalanced currents and potential motor overheating.

• Output phase loss detected.
• One or more output phases (U, V, W) are disconnected.
• Open circuit in motor power cable.
• Fault in the output stage of the inverter.
• Loss of feedback from one of the motor phases.

   Check the motor wiring thoroughly for proper connections and continuity across all three phases.

   Ensure that the capacity of the motor used is not smaller than that of the inverter, which can sometimes lead to phase loss detection issues.

   If using PM sensorless vector control, ensure a start command is not given while the motor is coasting; allow the motor to stop first or utilize the automatic restart/flying start function.
