Controller Runtime Failure

This fault indicates a critical issue within the controller's IEC 61131 runtime system. It can either mean a runtime error has occurred in the application program or, more severely, the controller's hardware watchdog has been triggered, signifying a system lock-up or critical malfunction.

   Connect to the controller with PC Worx Engineer and check the diagnostic logs for specific runtime error messages.

   Review the IEC 61131 application program for logical errors, array out-of-bounds access, or resource exhaustion.

   If the hardware watchdog is triggered, perform a power cycle on the controller.

   Isolate potentially problematic sections of the application program by disabling/enabling parts to pinpoint the cause of the watchdog trigger.
