Auto-Tuning Fault
Schneider Electric · ALTIVAR 28 Variable Speed Drive
Hva betyr tnF ?
This fault occurs during the auto-tuning process, signifying an incompatibility with the connected motor, such as a special motor type or incorrect power sizing relative to the drive. This prevents the drive from accurately optimizing its control parameters, leading to suboptimal performance.
Vanlige årsaker
- Motor nameplate data (Voltage, Current, RPM, kW/HP) entered into drive parameters (P0-03 to P0-06) does not match the actual motor.
- Special motor type (e.g., servo motor, permanent magnet motor) not supported by the drive's auto-tuning algorithm.
- Motor size (kW/HP) significantly mismatched with the drive's rated output power.
- Motor not physically connected or connections are loose/intermittent during the tuning process.
- Mechanical load connected during static auto-tuning, preventing accurate rotor resistance measurement.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
1. Verify all motor nameplate data (Voltage, Current, Frequency, RPM, kW/HP) is accurately entered into drive parameters (e.g., P0-03, P0-04, P0-05, P0-06).
- 2
2. Ensure motor U, V, W terminals are securely connected to the drive output.
- 3
3. Disconnect the motor from any mechanical load before initiating static auto-tuning.
- 4
4. Check motor winding continuity and resistance (U-V, V-W, W-U) with a multimeter; values should be balanced.
- 5
5. Confirm the motor type (e.g., induction, PMAC) is compatible with the drive's auto-tuning capabilities as per drive manual.
