INTERNAL FAULT (HMI card)

An internal fault indicating that the Human Machine Interface (HMI) card is either not recognized, incompatible, or its display is absent. This prevents local operator interaction and monitoring, hindering diagnostics and control.

• HMI card not properly seated in its connector on the drive's control board.
• Incompatible HMI card version for the specific drive model or firmware.
• Damaged HMI card connector pins or ribbon cable.
• Internal communication failure between the main control board and the HMI interface.
• Physical damage to the HMI card itself (e.g., display cracked, internal components failed).

   1. Power down the drive and firmly reseat the HMI card in its designated slot.
