This Automatic Fault indicates that the XW Pro is not receiving Battery Management System (BMS) status data from the gateway device. This communication loss can prevent proper battery management and system operation.

  • Incorrect communication parameters (e.g., baud rate, protocol settings) configured on the gateway or XW Pro (e.g., Parameter C3-01 for CAN baud rate).
  • Network congestion or electromagnetic interference causing data packets to be lost or corrupted between the BMS and XW Pro.
