This fault indicates either the unit's heatsink temperature has exceeded its permitted limit (sub-error 1-2) or the total utilization of both drives in dual-motor operation is excessively high (sub-error 4-5). Causes include high ambient temperatures, insufficient ventilation, or excessive mechanical load on the drives. Overheating and overutilization can lead to component degradation, reduced lifespan of the MOVIFIT unit, and potential permanent damage to power electronics if not resolved promptly.

• Insufficient cooling air flow due to blocked heatsink fins or heavy dust accumulation on the MOVIFIT unit.
• Ambient temperature in the control cabinet or operating environment exceeding the drive's specified maximum (e.g., 40°C).
• Excessive continuous mechanical load on one or both motors, leading to high current draw and increased heat dissipation from the drive.
• Failure of the internal cooling fan within the MOVIFIT unit, significantly reducing heat transfer from the heatsink.
• Motor thermal overload parameters (e.g., P308) configured inaccurately, allowing motor overcurrent that heats up the drive unit.

   Clean heatsink fins and cooling air vents of the MOVIFIT unit using compressed air, ensuring unimpeded airflow.

   Measure the ambient temperature around the MOVIFIT unit using a temperature probe and compare it to the drive's operating specifications.

   Verify that the cooling fan inside the MOVIFIT unit is operational and spinning freely when the unit is powered.
