• Mechanical obstruction in the driven machinery (e.g., jammed conveyor, seized bearing, foreign object in gear train).
• Excessive static or dynamic load exceeding the motor's and drive's torque capability (e.g., material jam in a processing machine).
• Incorrect motor parameters (e.g., P1-04 motor rated current, P1-07 motor no-load current) causing the drive to misinterpret current.
• Incorrect threshold settings for the motor blocked supervision function (e.g., P3-01 motor blocked speed threshold, P3-02 motor blocked time delay).
