Fire Mode Enabled
Vacon · 100 FLOW Application Guide
Hva betyr 33 ?
The drive's Fire mode is currently enabled, which intentionally disables certain drive protections to ensure continuous operation in emergency situations. This is an informational alarm indicating a specific operational state, and it resets automatically when Fire mode is disabled.
Vanlige årsaker
- Digital input configured for "Fire Mode Enable" (e.g., DI3) is active, intentionally putting the drive into emergency operation.
- Fieldbus command (e.g., Profibus, EtherCAT) bit for Fire Mode Enable is set, overriding normal protection functions.
- Fire mode activation parameter (e.g., P9-20) has been manually set to "Enabled" via the HMI or configuration software.
- External building management system (BMS) or fire alarm control panel has activated the drive's emergency mode.
- Stuck or shorted wiring on the digital input configured for fire mode activation (e.g., between DI3 and +24V).
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Verify the state of the digital input (e.g., DI3) configured for Fire Mode activation using a multimeter, ensuring it is not inadvertently active (e.g., 24VDC present).
- 2
Check the drive's operation mode parameter (e.g., P9-20 Fire Mode Status) to confirm if it has been manually set.
- 3
Examine the logic of the external control system (PLC, BMS) that interfaces with the drive's fire mode input/command.
- 4
Review the drive's parameter settings (e.g., P9-21 Fire Mode Action) to understand which protections are disabled in this mode.
- 5
To exit Fire Mode, deactivate the corresponding digital input (e.g., remove 24VDC from DI3) or change the HMI parameter (P9-20) back to "Disabled".
