Fieldbus Communication Fault
Vacon · 100 FLOW Application Guide
Hva betyr 69 ?
This fault indicates an issue with fieldbus communication, specifically that an invalid ID number is being used for mapping values to Fieldbus Process Data Out. This prevents correct data exchange between the drive and the fieldbus master, leading to control issues or loss of monitoring.
Vanlige årsaker
- An incorrect or unassigned ID number is configured for a parameter in the Fieldbus Process Data Out mapping (e.g., P4-01 to P4-XX mapping parameters).
- The fieldbus master (PLC) is requesting a Process Data Out ID that is not defined or is out of range within the drive's configuration.
- Corruption of the drive's fieldbus configuration data due to power fluctuation or incorrect parameter writes.
- Firmware incompatibility between the fieldbus option board and the main drive unit, affecting data mapping.
- Faulty fieldbus communication module unable to correctly interpret or store mapping IDs.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
1. Access the drive's fieldbus configuration parameters (e.g., P4-01 to P4-XX) and verify all mapped ID numbers are valid and match the fieldbus master's configuration.
- 2
2. Compare the drive's Process Data Out mapping (e.g., specific parameters like actual speed, current) against the fieldbus master's expected data structure.
- 3
3. Reload the known-good fieldbus configuration file into the drive from a backup using a PC tool.
- 4
4. Monitor the fieldbus communication status bits (e.g., P4-98, fieldbus status word) for additional diagnostic information from the HMI.
- 5
5. Perform a drive power cycle to clear any temporary communication buffer errors that may be present.
