Over Temp.

Hva betyr 56 ?
An internal temperature sensor has registered a temperature exceeding its predefined limit, or the sensor itself is disconnected or short-circuited. This indicates inadequate cooling, excessive load, or a sensor malfunction. Overheating can lead to premature component failure and severe damage to the drive.
Vanlige årsaker
- Inadequate cooling airflow through the drive due to clogged air filters, malfunctioning cooling fan, or obstructed ventilation.
- High ambient temperature exceeding the drive's specified operating range (e.g., >50°C).
- Continuous motor overload or sustained operation at currents near the drive's maximum rating.
- Faulty internal temperature sensor within the drive (e.g., NTC thermistor open or short).
- Drive heatsink or internal components heavily contaminated with dust or debris, impairing heat dissipation.

Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Check the drive's cooling fan for proper operation and inspect air filters for clogging; clean or replace as needed.
- 2
Measure the ambient temperature around the drive enclosure and ensure it is within specified limits (e.g., 0-40°C).
- 3
Reduce the motor load or operating frequency to lower the drive's internal power dissipation.
- 4
Monitor the internal temperature readings via parameter P7-10 (Drive Temperature) while operating.
- 5
Verify the drive's enclosure provides adequate ventilation and air circulation.
- 6
If the drive is cool but the fault persists, the internal temperature sensor may be faulty, requiring drive repair or replacement.
