kVA Selection Error
Yaskawa · E7 Drive
Hva betyr OPE01 ?
An Operator Programming Error occurs when the Drive's kVA setting is incorrect, usually after a control board replacement. The Drive will not operate until this parameter is corrected.
Vanlige årsaker
- Control board replaced without correctly setting the kVA (or drive size) parameter for the specific power section, resulting in a mismatch.
- Incorrect dip switch setting or internal jumper configuration on the control board for kVA selection, not matching the drive's physical rating.
- Parameter (e.g., A1-02, or an internal diagnostic code) that defines the drive's kVA rating was manually misconfigured.
- Firmware mismatch or corruption after a control board replacement leading to misinterpretation of kVA settings.
- Control board incompatibility with the installed power section.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
1. Consult the drive's hardware manual to locate the kVA selection method (e.g., dip switches, jumpers, or parameter A1-02) on the control board.
- 2
2. Verify the physical kVA selection (switches/jumpers) on the control board matches the drive's nameplate kVA rating. Adjust as needed.
- 3
3. If kVA is set via parameter (e.g., A1-02), ensure it is programmed to the correct value corresponding to the drive's power section rating.
- 4
4. Power cycle the drive (turn off for 30 seconds, then on) after making any kVA selection corrections to allow the new setting to take effect.
- 5
5. If issue persists, check the firmware version of the control board and ensure it is compatible with the power section of the drive.
