This fault occurs when the difference between the feedback signal level and the specified set-point exceeds the threshold defined in parameter P1-11 for the duration specified in parameter P1-12. A common root cause is a system issue like a broken pipe or other leakage preventing the system from achieving the set-point.

• Feedback signal deviation from set-point exceeding the P1-11 (Maximum Set-Point Difference) threshold.
• Duration of set-point deviation exceeding the P1-12 (Not Maintaining Set-Point Delay Time).
