Cannot Reset

Hva betyr CrST ?
This minor fault occurs when a fault reset command is issued while the Run command is still active. The drive will disregard any attempts to reset the fault until the Run command is removed. If not resolved, the drive will remain in a fault state and will not restart, preventing operation.
Vanlige årsaker
- Operator attempting to issue a fault reset command while the Run command (e.g., via digital input H1-01 or serial communication) is still active.
- Control system logic is configured to send a fault reset command concurrently with or immediately after a Run command, before the drive has reached a stopped state.
- A faulty external switch or PLC output maintaining an active Run command signal to the drive's input terminal (e.g., H1-01).
- Transient activation of the Run command due to electrical noise on the input wiring preventing the reset attempt.
- Improper sequence of operations where the Run command is not explicitly removed before the reset command is issued.

- 1
Before attempting a fault reset, ensure the Run command (e.g., via digital input H1-01 or serial communication) is explicitly removed and the drive display shows 0Hz.
- 2
Review the master controller (e.g., PLC, HMI) program to confirm that the fault reset command is only issued when the drive is confirmed to be in a stopped state.
- 3
Verify the state of the digital input terminals assigned to the Run command (e.g., H1-01) with a multimeter to confirm they are open (inactive) when the Run command is intended to be off.
- 4
If using the keypad for operation, ensure the 'Stop' button is pressed before attempting a 'Reset' button press.
- 5
Check for any parameter settings that might override or latch the Run command, preventing its deactivation during a reset attempt.
