What does 10029 mean?

This fault occurs when the drive, designed for a three-phase AC supply, detects a loss in one of its input phases. MotiFlex e100 uses dedicated hardware, while e180 monitors DC bus ripple. Operating with missing phases can lead to motor damage, uneven torque, or drive instability.

    Inspect and confirm the integrity of all three AC input phase connections to the drive.

    If using a MotiFlex e180 and experiencing spurious trips during demanding acceleration/deceleration cycles, consider disabling phase loss detection by setting PHASELOSSMODE(0) = 0. Use this option with caution as it bypasses a protective function.
