10033
STO active (_ecSTO_ACTIVE)
ABB · ACS850 Standard Program Firmware
What does 10033 mean?
This fault indicates that one or both of the Safe Torque Off (STO) inputs on the drive are not powered, occurring only when the drive is enabled. This means the safety function is active, preventing motor torque generation, which can halt machine operation for safety reasons.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
Verify that both STO inputs on the drive are correctly powered.
- 2
If a safety circuit is used, inspect the wiring of the entire safety circuit for any breaks or disconnections.
- 3
Check for active safety devices such as open guards, engaged emergency stop buttons, or faulty safety relays that might be de-energizing the STO inputs.
