What does 12 mean?

A fault was detected during the internal test pulse generation or reception on a safety I/O channel. This indicates a problem with the signal path, potentially due to faulty wiring or a malfunctioning sensor preventing the test pulse from being correctly evaluated. This is a severity 3 error.
