I1 Powering Down
Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 750 AC Drive
What does 10138 mean?
This fault is asserted when the DC bus voltage drops to 80% of its rated value on port 1. This indicates a significant loss of DC bus voltage which can lead to drive shutdown and loss of control.
Complete Troubleshooting Guide
- 1
Measure the DC bus voltage to confirm it is indeed dropping to 80% of its rated value during operation.
- 2
Check the incoming AC power supply for stability, proper voltage levels, and ensure no phase loss is occurring.
- 3
Inspect the DC bus capacitors for any signs of degradation, bulging, or leakage that would indicate reduced capacitance.
- 4
Verify the proper operation of the drive's power supply monitoring circuitry to ensure accurate voltage readings.
- 5
Reduce the drive load if the powering down event frequently correlates with high load conditions on the motor.
