F707

No feedback voltage

Beckhoff · AX5000 Servo Drive

What does F707 mean?

This error indicates that the feedback system is not receiving the expected supply voltage, which is critical for accurate position sensing and motor control. This issue can stem from incorrect power supply wiring to the feedback system, a faulty or disconnected sense line, or the absence of a required sense connection for the specific encoder in use. The drive will be unable to operate without proper feedback voltage, leading to a standstill or uncontrolled behavior.

Additional Steps

Steps 1–2 are listed in Priority Fix.

  1. 3

Review the encoder's technical specifications and the drive's parameter P-0-0150 (Power Settings) to confirm a sense connection is present if the '5V fixed' setting is deselected and required.
