Mains failure
Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive MPx02
What does F2819 mean?
A complete loss of the AC mains input power supply has occurred. The drive is no longer receiving power from the grid, which means it cannot operate and will initiate a controlled shutdown. This fault indicates that the entire power source is interrupted, not just a single phase.
Common Causes
- Main circuit breaker tripped or opened
- Complete power outage on the supply line
- Emergency stop activated, cutting main power
- Loose or disconnected main power supply cable
- External fault device (e.g., ground fault interrupter) tripped
Repair Steps & Checklist
Click steps to track your progress.
- 1
Verify the status of the main circuit breaker, fuses, or upstream contactor that supplies power to the drive and confirm it is closed/active.
- 2
Measure the incoming AC mains voltage directly at the drive's input terminals (L1, L2, L3) and confirm it matches the nominal supply voltage specified for the drive.
- 3
Inspect all incoming power cables, terminal blocks, and connections from the main power source up to the drive's input terminals for any signs of damage, loose connections, or disconnections.
- 4
Check for any plant-wide power outages, local emergency power-off activations, or tripped main distribution board breakers that could affect the entire system or power branch supplying the drive.
