Torque limit exceeded

What does 12 mean?

The motor or generator torque has exceeded the configured limit defined in parameter 4-16 Torque Limit Motor Mode or parameter 4-17 Torque Limit Generator Mode. Parameter 14-25 Trip Delay at Torque Limit can elevate this condition from a warning to an alarm after a set delay.

   If the motor torque limit is exceeded during ramp-up, consider extending the ramp-up time to reduce initial torque demand.

   If the generator torque limit is exceeded during ramp-down, consider extending the ramp-down time.

   If the torque limit occurs during normal running, carefully increase the torque limit in the parameters, ensuring the system can safely operate at a higher torque.
