Motor thermistor over temperature
Danfoss · VLT Micro Drive FC 51
What does 11 mean?
The motor's thermistor input indicates an over-temperature condition, or the thermistor or its connection is disconnected. This provides direct thermal protection for the motor, signaling a critical overheating risk if not addressed.
Additional Steps
Steps 1–2 are listed in Priority Fix.
- 3
Reduce the mechanical load on the motor and allow it to cool down before restarting.
- 4
Ensure the drive's thermistor input parameter (e.g., 1-93 Thermistor Input) is correctly configured for the type of thermistor used.
