LCP data not compatible
Danfoss · VLT Micro Drive FC 51
What does 88 mean?
An attempt to copy parameters from the LCP to the drive (or vice versa) failed because the data stored in the LCP is not compatible with the software version of the frequency converter. This often happens when moving LCPs between drives with significantly different firmware versions.
Additional Steps
Steps 1–2 are listed in Priority Fix.
- 3
Consider updating the drive's firmware (if applicable and authorized) to match the LCP's data version, or use an LCP with matching firmware.
- 4
For future parameter management, consider backing up parameters using a PC tool (e.g., MCT 10) instead of relying solely on LCP if frequent version mismatches occur.
