This indicates an issue with the input signal source, wiring, or auxiliary power for the input channel.

• The input signal is outside the configured overrange or underrange limits.
• A wire is disconnected from the input channel (Open Wire condition).
• SA bus power, if used, is not available or is incorrect.

   Measure the input signal to determine if its value is outside the configured range limits.
