No Marker Pulse!
Indramat · ServoDyn D Servo Drive
Was bedeutet 09 ?
This error occurs if the marker pulse from the Axis 1 encoder is not detected within one full rotation during the homing cycle, or if a continuous marker pulse signal is present. This indicates a problem with the marker pulse feedback for Axis 1.
Häufige Ursachen
- Disconnected or faulty wiring for the marker pulse at CLM01.3-M connector X1, pins 3 and 4.
- Defective Axis 1 encoder, failing to generate a marker pulse or generating a continuous pulse.
- Incorrectly set homing parameters (e.g., Parameter 08 or 09) preventing proper marker pulse search.
- Noise or interference on the encoder feedback lines disrupting marker pulse detection.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Check the wiring of the Marker Pulse wires at CLM01.3-M connector X1, pins 3 and 4 for secure connections and continuity.
- 2
Verify that the Axis 1 encoder is correctly installed and free from physical damage.
- 3
Inspect the Axis 1 encoder cable for any signs of damage, shorts, or poor shielding.
- 4
Review Parameter 08 (Homing Setup) and Parameter 09 (Homing Offset) for Axis 1 to ensure proper homing configuration.
- 5
If possible, use an oscilloscope to check for the presence and quality of the marker pulse signal directly at the encoder and at the CLM01.3-M input.
