This condition occurs when the lithium back-up battery, located on the MOK 11 card, which is responsible for retaining CLM01.3-M memory (programs, parameters, counter status) during power OFF, falls below its minimum voltage level.
Häufige Ursachen
- The 3.6-volt lithium back-up battery is depleted or has critically low voltage.
- The back-up battery is disconnected or poorly seated on the MOK 11 card.
- Faulty MOK 11 card preventing proper battery charging or monitoring.
- Prolonged power off periods, leading to battery drainage.
