Alarm Space 16 Violation
Kuka · KK53Y Servo Motor
Was bedeutet MR16 ?
The MR16 signal indicates a violation of monitoring space 16. A '0' state on this signal means that monitoring space 16 is currently being infringed upon. If monitoring space 16 is intentionally inactive, the system considers it violated by default, and the associated safe output MR16 will be in the '0' state.
Häufige Ursachen
- Software limit exceeded for position or velocity (P2-01, P2-02).
- Excessive mechanical load causing deviation from commanded path.
- Incorrectly configured motion profile parameters (P1-01 to P1-15).
- External interference affecting axis movement.
Reparaturschritte & Checkliste
Klicken Sie auf Schritte, um Ihren Fortschritt zu verfolgen.
- 1
Identify the configured boundaries for monitoring space 16 in the robot's programming environment (e.g., using KUKA WorkVisual).
- 2
Physically inspect the robot's current position and ensure no part of the manipulator, external axes, or tooling is entering or has entered the defined monitoring space 16.
- 3
If monitoring space 16 is intended to be inactive, verify this configuration in WorkVisual and acknowledge that the MR16 signal will default to a '0' (violated) state.
