ABB · ACS560 Standard Control Program Firmware
An analogue input signal has fallen below its set minimum limit, which can cause the drive to react by either tripping or setting the speed to a predefined value. This warning indicates a potential loss of critical feedback or reference signal, which could lead to unsafe or unintended operation if not addressed.
Click steps to track your progress.
Measure the voltage or current at the drive's analog input terminals (e.g., AI1, AI2) using a multimeter.
Verify the external sensor or transducer connected to the analog input is powered and producing its expected output signal.
Check drive parameters P09-00 (Analog Input 1 Type), P09-01 (Analog Input 1 Minimum), and P09-02 (Analog Input 1 Maximum) for correct configuration.
Inspect the wiring from the analog sensor to the drive's analog input terminals for continuity and secure connections.
Temporarily bypass the external sensor and apply a known, stable analog signal (e.g., 5VDC from a power supply) to the drive's input to test the drive's response.
