The feedback signal from the charging system is missing or not detected. This typically indicates a problem with the charging circuit or its monitoring, which could prevent the drive's DC bus from charging correctly, leading to operational failure or preventing the drive from starting.
Click steps to track your progress.
1. De-energize the drive and wait for the DC bus voltage to discharge completely (monitor P0-01).
2. Measure the resistance of the pre-charge resistors (e.g., R1, R2) with an ohmmeter; ensure they are not open circuit.
3. Verify control voltage (e.g., 24VDC) is present and stable on the control board.
4. Check the operation and continuity of the charging contactor or relay contacts (if external or internal and accessible).
5. Measure the DC bus voltage across P+ and N- terminals during a restart attempt to observe if voltage begins to rise.
