What does 11 mean?

This fault occurs specifically when the program keypad module is physically removed from the controller while the controller is still powered on. It is a protective measure to prevent unintended parameter changes or operational interruptions.

Common Causes

  • Keypad module was physically disconnected or vibrated loose from the controller's front panel while the controller was still energized.
  • Damaged or dirty contact pins on the keypad module or the controller's keypad interface port.
  • Accidental removal of the keypad by personnel during operation or troubleshooting.
  • Loose mounting screws or clips allowing the keypad to detach inadvertently.

    1. Power off the controller by opening the main disconnect. Wait for the DC bus discharge indicator to extinguish (e.g., LED or display '0V').
