What does 100 mean?

The checksum read from the non-volatile storage does not match the checksum calculated, indicating a potential corruption in the drive's stored parameters. The data is automatically set to default values, leading to loss of configured settings. This can result in incorrect drive operation and requires re-commissioning if not properly addressed.

• Sudden power loss or brownout event occurring during a critical parameter write operation to non-volatile storage.
• Electromagnetic interference (EMI) or voltage transients corrupting data integrity within the non-volatile memory.
• Internal hardware fault or degradation of the non-volatile memory (e.g., EEPROM, Flash) chip on the main control board.
• Incomplete or corrupted firmware update that affects the parameter storage structure.
• Incorrect parameter upload from a backup file with a different firmware version.

   1. Perform a drive power cycle by disconnecting input power (e.g., 480VAC) for 30 seconds, then reapplying.
