Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive MPx02
This non-fatal error indicates a problem with the motor temperature monitoring circuit or sensor connected to the IndraDrive MPx02. The drive cannot reliably measure or interpret the motor's temperature, compromising its ability to protect the motor from overheating.
Click steps to track your progress.
Inspect the wiring between the motor temperature sensor and the IndraDrive MPx02 for breaks, shorts, or loose connections. Measure resistance across the sensor input terminals.
Verify the motor temperature sensor type (e.g., PTC, KTY, PT100) and ensure the corresponding parameter (e.g., P-0-0400 'Motor temperature sensor type') is correctly set in the IndraDrive MPx02.
Test the motor temperature sensor directly if accessible, checking its resistance at ambient temperature against its datasheet.
Ensure proper shielding and grounding of the sensor cable to prevent electrical noise interference.
If the sensor and wiring are confirmed good, an internal fault on the IndraDrive MPx02's temperature monitoring input may be present, requiring service.
