Bosch Rexroth · IndraDrive MPx02
The drive's control system failed to establish communication or access data within the Hiperface memory. This often indicates a corrupted memory module, a physical connection issue, or an internal hardware defect related to the memory interface. Such a fault can prevent the drive from booting, loading essential configuration data, or operating correctly.
Click steps to track your progress.
Inspect the Hiperface encoder cable for physical damage, proper seating, and secure connections at both the motor and the drive.
Verify Hiperface encoder connector pins on both the motor and the drive are clean, free from corrosion, and not bent or damaged.
Check drive parameters related to the Hiperface interface (e.g., motor type, encoder type, encoder ID) for correct configuration against the motor's technical data.
Measure the supply voltage output from the drive's Hiperface interface to the encoder to confirm it is within specified limits according to the drive manual.
