Danfoss · VLT HVAC Drive FC 102
This warning or alarm appears if programmed in 6-01 Live Zero Timeout Function. It indicates that the signal on one of the analog inputs is less than 50% of the minimum value programmed for that input. Common causes include broken wiring or a faulty device sending the signal, which can lead to incorrect process control.
Click steps to track your progress.
Measure the voltage or current signal at the analog input terminal (e.g., 53A/53B or 60/61) and verify it's above 50% of the minimum value set in P6-02.
Verify parameters P6-02 (Minimum Reference) and P6-03 (Maximum Reference) are correctly configured for the connected analog sensor's range.
Check continuity of the sensor signal cable from the sensor output to the drive's analog input terminals using a multimeter.
Calibrate or replace the analog sensor if its output signal is consistently below the expected minimum at a known process value.
