Danfoss · VLT HVAC Drive FC 102
The settings for motor voltage, motor current, or motor power are incorrect, preventing successful Automatic Motor Adaptation (AMA). Incorrect motor data can lead to poor motor control, reduced efficiency, and inadequate motor protection. This also impacts the drive's ability to properly characterize the motor.

Compare the motor nameplate data for nominal voltage, current, and power directly against parameters P1-21, P1-22, and P1-20 in the drive.
Correct any discrepancies found in P1-21 (Motor Voltage), P1-22 (Motor Current), or P1-20 (Motor Power) based on the motor nameplate.
Ensure the drive's nominal output current (specified on the drive nameplate) is greater than or equal to the motor's nominal current (P1-22).
Verify P1-23 (Motor Frequency) and P1-24 (Motor Speed) are also correctly entered according to the motor nameplate.
Perform a static AMA (if available via P1-25 AMA Type) to see if it provides more robust motor identification.
