Line Tracking Pulsecoder Disconnected

What does SRVO-082 mean?

The line tracking Pulsecoder is not connected or its connection is faulty, preventing the system from receiving position feedback for line tracking operations.

Common Causes

  • Line tracking encoder disconnected from the servo controller or I/O module.
  • Faulty connection or broken wire in the line tracking encoder cable.
  • Line tracking encoder unit failure preventing signal transmission.
  • Servo controller not receiving expected pulse signals from the line tracker.
  • Power loss to the line tracking encoder unit.
