Teach Pendant Disabled in T1/T2 Mode

What does SRVO-233 mean?

The teach pendant is disabled while the mode switch is set to T1 or T2, or the controller door is open. This safety interlock prevents unauthorized or unsafe operation in restricted modes or when the cabinet is open.

Common Causes

  • Teach pendant enabled or active while the robot is in T1 or T2 manual operation modes.
  • Incorrect teach pendant setup or safety configuration.
  • Teach pendant not properly docked or connected.
  • Safety circuit fault preventing teach pendant operation in these modes.
  • Software configuration error related to teach pendant mode selection.
