Indramat · CLM01.3-M Flying Cutoff Control
The motor is too hot. This warning is generated when the motor temperature (S-0-0383) exceeds the motor warning temperature (S-0-0201). If the temperature further increases above the motor shutdown temperature (S-0-0204), F219 Motor overtemp. shutdown will be generated. For MKD and MHD motors, S-0-0201 is 140°C and S-0-0204 is 150°C.

Monitor the S-0-0383 (Motor temperature) parameter in the Indramat DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive controller to observe the current motor temperature and its trend.
Verify the motor loading. Check the effective torque and current draw against the motor's nominal and continuous standstill torque ratings.
Inspect the motor's cooling system (fan, heatsink, cooling fins) for obstructions, dust accumulation, or damage. Clean any blocked air passages.
Check the application for any recent changes that might increase mechanical load, friction, or environmental temperature affecting motor cooling.
Ensure parameters S-0-0201 (Motor warning temperature) and S-0-0204 (Motor shutdown temperature) are correctly set for the specific Indramat MKD/MHD motor type (e.g., 140°C and 150°C, respectively).
