In the drive-internal interpolation mode, the calculated target position cannot be represented within the internal position format limits of the Indramat DIAX04 SSE-03VRS controller. This can lead to incorrect axis positioning or movement failures.

Verify the commanded target position value from the control system and correct it if it exceeds the drive's internal limits.
For infinitely turning axes, ensure that position data is correctly set up and interpreted in modulo format within the application program and drive parameters.
Review and enlarge the maximum travel range parameter in the Indramat DIAX04 SSE-03VRS controller configuration, if the application requires larger travel.
Check the scaling and units of the position feedback and command values to ensure consistency.
