What does F501 mean?

The DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive's integrated safety function 'Safe Halt' (SH) is active and being monitored. This fault indicates that the SH condition is not being met or is being violated. Safe Halt ensures the motor is brought to a standstill and maintained there, preventing unintended startup.
