Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Identify and verify that all emergency stop buttons and safety gates in the system are released and in their normal, unactuated state.

  2. 2

Inspect the wiring of the emergency stop circuit for any short circuits or faults that might simulate an E-Stop activation, checking continuity and insulation.

  3. 3

Verify the functionality of the emergency stop relays and safety modules (if present) by checking their input and output statuses.

  4. 4

Ensure parameter P-0-0119 (Best possible deceleration) in the Indramat DIAX04 SSE-03VRS drive controller is set appropriately for the application's safety requirements.

  5. 5
