What does 05 mean?

This error indicates that Axis 1 of the CLM01.3-M has not completed its homing procedure, which is a mandatory step before operating in Automatic mode. The system cannot perform absolute positioning without a defined home reference.

Common Causes

  • Attempting to select Automatic mode for Axis 1 before a successful homing cycle has been performed.
  • Homing procedure for Axis 1 was initiated but not completed successfully due to an interruption or fault.
  • Incorrect configuration of homing parameters (Parameter 08, Homing Setup and Parameter 09, Homing Offset) for Axis 1.
  • Faulty home limit switch or wiring preventing Axis 1 from detecting its home position.
