Drive Not Ready

What does 07 mean?

This error condition occurs when Automatic mode is selected, but the Axis #1 Drive Ready input (CLM01.3-M connector X3, pin 6) is not receiving the required +24 Vdc signal. This indicates the servo amplifier for Axis 1 is not in a ready state.

• The Axis #1 Drive Ready input (X3, pin 6) is not receiving +24 Vdc from the servo amplifier.
• The servo amplifier (TDM, KDS, etc.) for Axis 1 is not powered, faulted, or has not completed its internal readiness checks.
• Faulty wiring or poor connection between the servo amplifier's ready output and the CLM01.3-M input (X3, pin 6).
• The servo amplifier's Bb contacts (connector X5, pins 3 and 4), which supply 3-phase power, are not closed or are faulty.
