This error occurs in Automatic Mode for Axis 1 if the commanded position is smaller than the value configured in Parameter 11 (Minimum Travel Limit A1). The system detects an attempt to move Axis 1 beyond its defined minimum operational boundary.

Verify that Parameter 11 (Minimum Travel Limit A1) is correctly set to reflect the actual minimum mechanical travel limit for Axis 1.
Adjust the user program to ensure that commanded positions for Axis 1 do not fall below the value specified in Parameter 11.
If overshoot is occurring, optimize the position gain (Parameter 05) for Axis 1 to improve deceleration and stopping accuracy.
Inspect the mechanical system for any binding or obstructions that could restrict movement or cause overtravel.
Check for correct encoder operation and accurate position feedback from Axis 1.
